The Harmony of Beauty and Misery In Death

" It takes the sadness of life
to appreciate the beauty of death."

Are you one of those who really love to collect seashells? Since I was young, I really liked to play in the seaside and collect numerous empty shells with a variety of colors, shapes, and even sizes. I have seen several chandeliers decorated with seashells and I really adore how it goes in harmony with the lighting. It is also used as decorations in glamorous movies and even in animated cartoon movies. It may be sad to see and to know that people even hunt live seashells and intentionally kills it for designated purposes but it also gives such opportunity for the mass to have an occupation that could also contribute to several tourist programs, as many would use it to create several souvenir designs and even necklaces and bracelets. But it also brings damages to our natural habitat with the knowledge of the few and ignorance of the thousands. In the end, we could see that as there are beauty and misery in life, it also goes the same to death.

TRIVIA :

Did you know that some seashells have holes in them? Actually, the holes were made by predators who drilled or chipped their way through the shell to get at the animal inside which you could usually see crawling so fast in the seashore. It is commonly known as kumang or umang here in the Philippines.
