We all know there's something wrong with the fiat money system. Here's an interesting piece of information to ponder. In 1912 aboard the Titanic, you could exchange GBP1 for $4.80. You could exchange $4.95 for GBP1. The purser made a percentage in either direction.
Today you can exchange GPB1 for $1.29233 or $1.00 for GBP.77.
We also know that the USD has devalued by $.97 since 1913. The question is how much has the GBP been devalued?
