Money Can't Buy Happiness. its true

The theory that money can not buy happiness has now been scientifically proven. Research proves, finding love will give more satisfaction than getting a raise.

This research is conducted by the London School of Economics who examines a number of factors that contribute to one's happiness.

Researchers surveyed 200,000 people in the United Kingdom and other countries. As a result, depression and failure in romance are the greatest causes of human misery.

They also found the fact that being in a love affair had the greatest impact on happiness. While a mere salary increase is one of the most effective ways to improve welfare.

If calculated on a scale of 1-10, researchers found that those who received double pay increases only increased happiness by 0.2. Conversely, having a partner can increase happiness by up to 0.6.

Depression, anxiety and life without work make the level of happiness down to a scale of 0.7. This research is about showing how important it is to overcome mental health problems correctly, and not just about being rich and prosperous.

So says Professor Richard Layard, the leader of the research, as quoted from the page Esquire.

"In the past, the country has managed to overcome the problem of poverty, unemployment, education, and physical health," said Layard.

However, Layard said, fixing problems such as domestic violence, alcoholism, depression and anxiety, loneliness experienced by young people, and other life issues, are equally important.
