I have to agree completely with this quote. People hold ideas about themselves, but until you act, it's all just theory.
If you want to find out about yourself, then act! Stop thinking about what you want, or how you wish to be. Start making it happen!
Do you want to be a good martial artist? You know what to do! Act on that desire! Train! Don't wait for someone else to give you permission!
