Mobile Phone VS Sleep

Those who spend a lot of time on a smartphone, their sleep quality and overall sleeping time can also be reduced. This has been seen in a new study.
The smartphone is now constantly becoming a constant companion. But there is a question about how much sleep has affected its use.
Due to decreasing sleep depth problems like obesity, diabetes and mental retardation are created.
Mathew Christensen of San Francisco and his colleagues of the University of California, USA, researched the hypothesis that sleep quality decreases in the screen while spending more time on the screen. They analyzed data collected from 653 adult people who participated in the study from different places of the United States.
The amount of time spent on the participant's screen for 30 days is measured in the study. At the same time their sleeping quantity and quality standards were measured.
Researchers have found that each of the participants of the study spent 38.4 hours at that time on the smartphone screen. And everybody's smart phone was active for an average of 3.7 minutes per hour.
It has been found that sleep quality has decreased due to spending time on the smartphone screen for a long time. Especially when sleeping quality is decreasing when using a smart phone before sleeping.
The study was published in the name of Pousse One named Jornal.
