In Venezuela baseball is practically a religion, despite the hard economic and social situation of the country, many of us use baseball as a momentary escape to forget everything that happens.
With the recently completed local season comes this break of almost two months between February and March without seeing or knowing much about baseball, but the spring games are here, the training! I imagine the illusion with which major league organizations face each season, where despite knowing what their strengths and weaknesses are when they start from scratch they all have the illusion that it is a good year.
Particularly betting on a great season on the global level for the Venezuelan baseball players, a large group already met in these trainings, led by the MVP of last season Jose Altuve, who with Miguel Cabrera, Salvador Perez (Who started on the preseason), Ender Inciarte, "El Rey" Felix Hernandez, etc., along with the new litter of stars that glimpse in the sky, as the best prospect in all major leagues as Ronald Acuña Jr., will give much to talk about during the year and give us the lovers of this exciting game many joys.
