The Minnow Support Project has a Herculean task ahead of them. We have limited people hours, resources, and tools to use and we have an internet worth of people to help learn a new outlook on life and grow on the platform. We're not simply here to make minnows money, but to use our community to spread the vales of Peace, Abundance, and Liberty while preaching the benefits of Steemit. There are always more people in need of help and support and many of the folks that are in here have an incredible service orientation and mindset.
The fact that we have made monumental progress in short order is a testament to the caliber of mission driven people that are part of the Minnow Support Project. In the Meet Your Mods series that @aggroed has been posting it's frankly staggering to see just how many hours the moderators dedicate to the Minnow Support Project. I think it's on the simple foundational belief that we're helping people and making a difference.
Right now I want to put a few people in the spotlight and shower them with love, praise, affection, and gratitude. Behind the bots, behind the tools, behind the logos, behind the facade... we're just people helping people. So, let's look at a few folks that are making a great difference out there.

@discordiant is being promoted to Sr. Moderator. He's a team player. Detail oriented. Has an unbelievable work ethic. Is a passionate advocate for this, and is basically the Sheriff of Minnowham. He's constantly woking to keep channels clear of shit posts and post and runners to help facilitate discussion. He's catching the folks that think they deserve more upvotes from @minnowsupport than everyone else. He's dedicated, intelligent, caring, fair, and a beautiful ginger! Congratulations @discordiant. You're already helping to run MSP. Now you have the role to show it to everyone!

Julia is a relative newcomer to the moderation role, but she's already made a splash in the Minnow Pond. From her fantastical art and Art Explosion curation you can see the extremely creative visual artistic talent she has. She also has a knack as a deescalator, an organizer, and really is a charming people person ever present in our general chatroom. She's kind hearted, organized, plays well with the team, and seems to beloved by just about everyone in here. It's a pleasure to strip the jr. from her role and just make her a full moderator.

Our resident naughtygirl turned moderator naughty girl is doing great. She's cleaning channels. Helping to share some funky content. Engaging in discussion, and helping make our digital home a little funnier, a little warmer, and a wee bit naughty. She's funny, creative, a fantastic author, and a delight to interact with. She's a bit of our own Norm from Cheers where you come in, see your friend and shout "Stitchy!" as a standard greeting. It's a pleasure to strip you naked of your jr role too and clad you in your full moderator regalia.
