Day 1 at Imagine Festival has came to an end. It was a little bit of a rocky start, which it is to be expected. I spent 13 hours on a greyhound arriving in ATL around 9 am. My friends driving from TN hadnt even started on their 6 hour drive yet. So i decided to walk around town for a bit. Ended up in Piedmont Park. Me being on vacation decided it was a good idea to smoke some green while i navigated the trails. Hadn't hit it more than 3 times when a crackhead chick comes out of the trees like some ghetto survivalist. If Charlie Murphy had a twin sister and then said sister, was beat by the ulgy to within inches of her life.... Well thats what stumbled out of the woods. She made a beeline to me. Didnt say her name before i was solicited for 10 dollars and a hit. I declined... Let her hit the joint a couple times then scurried out of there as fast as possible. My friends show, but the reservation wasnt set for the . We call travelocity and after 30 minutes on hold we have our rooms. We didnt get to the show till 8.. But still plenty of time to see Datsik, Deorro, Bleep bloop, and Minnesota. The pyrotechnics.. The bass.. The lights.. The atmosphere.. The love....The crowd was electric for sure. My feet are already blistered and calves ache. I am headed to bed now ... Maybe.... Sun will be up in an hour... Might just power through. Stay tuned for day 2!!!!!!!
