If someone I would like to nominate has 225 SP but received 500 SP delegation from others, is she/he is eligible to receive that? I need 120 SP to reach my minnowhood but I also receive 508 SP delegation till I reach 500 SP.
I asked in case anybof my friends wants to nominate me, but when I'mnot eligible to.. someone else will lose his/her chance to be nominated.
