keep up your practice, let it ground you and be your foundation!

a stretch routine everyday will not only help your physical practice by helping reconfigure your musculo-skeletal structure, but mentally ,use the stretch time to clear your head, focus on breath and meditate. 10 minutes per day, each day, really adds up to build mental strength.
