Microsoft surface Pro; PC for the Future

Microsoft recently unveiled the surface laptop and made it available for Pre-order starting almost immediately (The new Surface Pro officially launched on June 15, 2017, in 24 markets including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United State), at the event; Microsoft announced the new surface laptop alongside some partner PCs in a bid to return to the top (In education too).

According to The Verge “The performance on this device is absolutely amazing,” says Panay. Microsoft is using the latest Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, and claims the battery life will last for 14.5 hours as a result. Microsoft claims the Surface Laptop is faster than the i7

MacBook Pro, and it has “more battery life than any MacBook Air on the market today.” Microsoft has integrated vapor chambers into the aluminum finish on the rear of the device to help keep the Surface Laptop cool. “It allows us to pack everything we need in there,” says Panay. There are no speaker grilles or holes, and Microsoft has integrated the speakers underneath the keyboard so the sound comes from under your fingers.

The Surface laptop, directly a rival to MacBook Air has got some amazing features:

It comes in a traditional clamshell design kicking out the old-fashioned hybrid tablet laptop format.

It comes with a 4 GB RAM, 128 GB of SSD Storage, intel core i7 CPU and an astonishing promise of 14.5 hours’ battery life.

It also comes with a 13.5-inch Screen that weighs less than the 13 inch MacBook Pro and four attractive colors; Silver, Gold, Gray, Burgundy.
