To grow on steemit you should have a huge number of followers in other words No Followers No Growth. Steemit is a big community and you will have your part of this community as much as you connect with people. So work hard to get thousands of followers as soon as possible. once you made your followers then just focus on posts and you will see a magically growth which you didn't expect. 1.Make A Goal
Make a goal for your self to follow 500 people or more daily, if you got 50 followers in 500 that,s alot. Remember follow those people who are interested in your topic for example if you write blogs about crypto then follow those who are interested in crypto. if you follow else it gets no benefit.
