STUDY OF COMPUTER

1.What is Human Computer Interaction?
The definition of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) needs to remain quite broad. HCI is the study of designing computers and machines so that they best serve their users (i.e. humans) its focused mainly on developing empirical understandings of users, which can then help to inform the work of on-the-ground UX designers.

2.What is brain storming relating to Human Computer Interaction?
Brainstorming is a method design teams use to generate ideas to solve clearly defined design problems. They produce a vast array of ideas and draw links between them to find potential solutions in which participants are encouraged to think without interruption.

  1. What is Contextual Inquiry?
It is a method where participants are observed while they perform tasks and simultaneously talk about what they are doing while they perform them. Through observation and collaborative interpretation, contextual inquiry uncovers hidden insights about customer’s work that may not be available through other research methods.

4.What is making sense data?
Making Sense of Data educates readers on the steps and issues that need to be considered in order to successfully complete a data analysis or data mining project. A step-by-step approach aids professionals in carefully analyzing data and implementing results, leading to the development of smarter business decision.

5.What is Dynamic prototype in Human Interaction?
A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test a concept or process or to act as a thing to be replicated or learned from. Software prototyping is the activity of creating prototypes of software applications.

6.Discuss the technology and change?
Changes to technology over time has affected many aspects of life. The way we lived in the past is different to the way we live today and this is vastly due to the changes in technology. Connectivity enables us to conduct our shopping and banking online. Students can consider the impact of these technological changes as they compare a current digital solution with the way this might have been solved in the past.

7.What is Human Computer Interaction?
Human-Computer Interaction enables UX and User Interface (UI) designers all over the world to produce better, more user-focused computers, helping every consumer of that product or service. From ensuring machines continue to operate in safe, secure and user-friendly ways, to allowing users of all abilities to interact with computers, HCI is invaluable in making sure that computers are designed for successful and intuitive human use.

8.Discuss the concepts of interaction discuss?
-The act of talking or doing things with other people Board games encourage interaction.
-The action or influence of things on one another interaction of the heart and lungs. interaction.

9.Differentiate the computer and human computer interaction?
Human-computer interaction (HCI) is a multidisciplinary field of study focusing on the design of computer technology. While initially concerned with computers, HCI has since expanded to cover almost all forms of information technology design.

10.Discuss the data gathering and requirements analysis with focus in HCI aspects.
The data gathering methods we choose to use are focus group, questionnaires and natural observation. The data analysts will gather the data. It will be gathered by going to the company to observe their tasks and operations, getting information from the stakeholders and users via questionnaires and focus groups.

11.What are Interfaces design and prototyping?
User interface (UI) design is the process designers use to build interfaces in software or computerized devices, focusing on looks or style. Designers aim to create interfaces which users find easy to use and pleasurable.
