Driving impressions of my E350 Wagon '05 at 60mph/100kmh. Note the engine revs 1800rpm at that speed in gear 7 which coincidentally is the same rotation a V12 E38 BMW / S600 Mercedes has at that speed. Cabin is very refined as you'd expect. Tire roar isn't too bad considering it's rolling on stock 18" wheels sizing 265 in the rear. Car has no sunroof so that helps with keeping the wind noise down. The windows are not duplex but for a single sheet glass insulate a lot - may be due to the tint. No rattling what so ever.
The only issue is not visible here but the front suspension has a faulty bushing somewhere either in the stabilizer coupling bar or one of the ball joints which is evident when riding over narrow bumps or anything really that stresses the suspension quickly in a vertical move. Other than that rides like a dream.
