The popular saying: "Behind Every Successful Man Is A Woman", has been esteemed by many as one major yardstick for measuring success. Even the Bible, regarded as the 'holy book' is not silent in this issue, describing woman in Genesis 2:18 as a 'Helper or Complement of Man'. Therefore, a woman simply put can be regarded as a support, an assistant towards helping man achieve his dream destiny..
Now my question is, how then do we describe a situation where the success of not just a person, people, but an organization is shouldered or supported by someone of the male gender?
Aha!!! This is were I am of the opinion that the word woman should be redefined.
What if I defined a woman not as a female, but as ANYONE who supports, assist, encourages and promotes dreams towards actualisation? If that is accepted, I wouldn't be wrong to describe personalities like :

@nairadaddy and many others as women.
For they are mothers of ideas like:

and many other ideas which they shoulder in other to support, encourage, assist and promote the dream of lots of people towards actualisation, not just here on steemit but also outside steemit.
