Bitcoin can cross $25000. However, it will not happen unless institutions adopt it and support it. Also, the high volatility has to subside. If not, then it will keep doing what it's doing, until the manipulating whales give up and sell their bitcoins. Maybe then, the institutions will scoop them up. Hmm......
