In the age of technology and the impact of multiculturalism in our communities, the cultivation of communication skills is increasingly necessary. However, the vast majority of citizens behave non-verbally and intuitively, following the acquired cultural patterns and giving all the prominence to the word. We express ourselves non-verbally, but we still need to know the technique and knowledge to decode the messages of others and adapt our messages according to what we want to convey.
