Hacked.com™️ Discovers Steem's Potential || About The Competence To Manage Smart Long-Term Investments

Finding a way to capitalize on the potential of the Steemit platform and the current Steem prices could be incredibly lucrative.

That's how the writer and entrepreneur Alex Moscov concluded his recent report about Steem published on hacked.com: Steem: Long-Term Potential Worth the Risk?

What I enjoyed most about this article was that the author underlined the direct correlation between the investment opportunity and the solution the product is actually offering. He focussed on a series of factors of growth that weren't merely reduced to prize charts.

The essential value of Steem lies in the products that will be built on its blockchain and their ability to revolutionize the internet.

We need to concentrate on the big picture

It was a pleasure reading hacked.com's article about the potential of Steem.

There was a change in perspective. It was one of the first publications I've read in that context that revealed the growth outlook of Steem as a smart solution to an existing problem, not only looking at its prize charts.

Alex Moscov enumerated numerous growth factors for Steem and Steemit:

Finding a way to capitalize on the potential of the Steemit platform and the current Steem prices could be incredibly lucrative. My bet is on the opportunity outside of just market forces surrounding Steem. The Steemit platform is far from nearing how big it could potentially be. - Alex Moscov for hacked.com

We may not forget that the creators of the Steem blockchain followed a vision that was far beyond setting up a new social media website.

Steem is not Steemit.

The Steem blockchain provided the basis for Steemit.com. Yet, it was actually designed to be more than that: it's a chance to regain control over our own assets, enabling us to transfer money from one point to any existing point in the world - safely, fast and without any fees. Steem as a crypto currency also enables us to respond to a loss of control over our own assets in the existing financial structures.

Steemit is a showcase, proving that it works.

Steemit.com is an excellent solution built on the Steem blockchain, responding to a worldwide problem of content monetization. Still it's only one of uncountable solutions that will follow in the future - and here's where the investment potential actually lies.

Creating unbiased content often comes at the expensive of the content creator. The audience expects high-quality stuff but isn't so keen to pay for it. Steem offers a solution by giving value back to content creators.

The Steem blockchain provides the basis for future applications that will all contribute to the tokenization of the internet, thus the revolution of value creation and transfer.

Long-term investors believe in long-term solutions.

The decision for a long-term investment is driven by the growth potential of a certain product or solution.

Here's another great Warren Buffet quote that applies in that context:

Only buy something that you'd be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years.

The long-term commitment requires you to buy, hold and maintain selected assets going through any type of ups and downs, dealing with eventual setbacks and loss.

Solid investment requires to concentrate on the outlook.

A harder challenge to overcome is a behavioral bias to focus on the immediate over the prolonged. We typically make decisions based on current values rather than an overall strategy. - Article: What Long-Term Investing Truly Is

Sometimes we just need to do one step back and try to look on the bigger picture. I'm glad even the media is encouraging us to do that more often.

The more believers, the merrier.

I hope you enjoyed the read.
