Simple ingredients but much more fluffy just like a souffle๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต!
Of course it is a perfect match with our Matcha and Hojicha Milk Spread๐Ÿต!
You can simply spread on top just like butter, or mix with a little milk then pour on top!

Egg 4pcs
Sugar 50g
Flour 60g
Milk 40g

๐‚๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐š ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐œ๐ก๐š / ๐‡๐จ๐ฃ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐š ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ค ๐’๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐

Step:

  1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks
  2. Whisk egg yolk with milk and sifted flour
  3. Beat egg white with mixer in medium speed until frothy. Then add sugar in a bit at a time. Beat until the egg white becomes a glossy thick meringue with a peak.
  4. Take 1/3 of whisked egg whites and whisk with the yolks until incorporated. Then transfer half of the yolks mixture to the egg whites and fold gently with a spatula. Finally fold the remaining yolks mixture with egg whites.
  5. Heat an non-stick pan with low heat. Brush a little oil. Then scoop a large batter onto the pan. Cover with lid and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Add some more batter on top of each pancake. Flip and cook for 4 minutes more with lid.
  7. Once the pancake cooked and turned golden, serve on plate with powdered sugar and our Hojicha/Matcha Milk Spread. And then Ta-Da! Donโ€™t wait, just eEnjoy immediately๐Ÿคฉ!
