Philippines is a home of more than sixty species of bamboo, and more than twenty of which are endemic in the country. We even host the smallest bamboo in the world!
With so many bamboo species surrounding us comes the bamboo industry.
Due to the hot and humid temperature, most people here prefer wooden products, because it is cooler than concrete or plastic. But real wood is expensive. Hence, many buy bamboo furniture as an alternative.
When we looked for a baby crib, we came here directly. We also ordered a high chair for our little one here.
Here are some of the products they sell:
Living room set
Rocking chair
Beach chair
Crib
Hammock
Coin bank
Hope you enjoyed your brief tour to a Bamboo Furniture Shop, as I do.
