It's ridiculous that weed is still in the same classification (schedule 1 narcotic: no medical benefits / high potential for abuse) as heroin and bath salts.

Oddly enough, our government considers OxyContin, oxycodone, and even fentanyl more acceptable (they are schedule 2 drugs).

Conveniently the drug companies make a killing off many of these drugs, especially the pain killers, while the drugs literally are killing thousands of people per year. And how many people die from cannabis each year? Zero? And how much science is there behind US drug laws? ZERO!
