Good morning❤️ from Canada. I just arrived home yesterday after being gone for over 2 months.

To welcome myself home I dance. I dance inviting all me to arrive home❤️ Its a good practice to do everyday. Let go of what isn’t serving your joy and bring in what does bring joy. Find your practice that connects you to you. Meditation, dance, walking, running, writing, drinking tea....................... Its not about what other people are doing, although they can be sources of inspiration, its about what connects you to you🙏💗 Connect to you. Follow your joy. Be the bliss you are.
