Do You Fight In Your Relationship?

Hey Steemians! Do you ever worry that you and your partner seem to be fighting? Do arguments leave you feeling as though your relationship is a time bomb?

Well here’s 4 tips to help you in your relationship so you can air differences in a more constructive way!

  1. Ask for a time out when you two are fighting. Go to the bathroom and give yourself a little self talk in the mirror.

  2. Try to count your breaths. This is a very powerful way to calm yourself down when fighting.

  3. Try to use humor to defuse the situation. What I find useful is to exaggerate the silly side of my position.

  4. Touch your partner gently on her arm to bring attention to the fact that you are on the same team. 🙌
