Intermission No. 2

I had never known anyone who loved so much.  It didn’t matter who people were or what they had done, Quinn showered love upon them.  When we got together, I got to witness how he really "l-o-v-e-d" people.  I mean he REALLY loved them!  People were attracted to him, so curious about this tall, sleek man with wild hair,  a silent gate of graceful ease, and an aura of light.  If they were able to approach him and open to connection, he would be with them, intensely present, and loving them from his eternal, soulful perspective.  It didn’t have anything to do with touching each other, just a gaze in the eyes would do!

I witnessed people make serious shifts within only moments.  I was moved and frankly astounded!   I would dare say that his focus, attention and awareness was incredibly rare, as well as the breath of fresh air with which he infused the room!!  Many people have told me that he showered more love on them through a single gaze than they had experienced in a lifetime!     Wow!!!  What’s that about?!

One look in those eyes and one would  find themselves in a deep abyss of eternity.  Some people were afraid to look at him--I know I once was--I was afraid I would fall in there!!  I knew that if I looked at him there would be trouble!  I’d have to question my entire life and lifetimes past, and acknowledge the truth of my existence.  Holy shit!

If you’ve ever been around Quinn and looked at him, and he’s looked back at you, you know what I’m talking about.  He has the ability to really SEE you!  Quinn is one of the clearest reflections of anyone I have ever known.  I have witnessed people who, with just a glance in his eyes without any words, would run away as fast as they could run.  Some people would completely change their attitudes, even immediately letting go of anger in the midst of expressing it.  I have witnessed people drawn to him everywhere he goes--some follow him around, some attempt to copy his way, while others fall in love with him.

Some people have really loved Quinn, others hated him.  From my experience and witnessing, the love/hate relationship, I saw that the experience with him really depended on where the person was within themselves.  Quinn shared the kind of love that shows you who you really are.  Authentically.  Real.  Like it or not!  I've never experienced anything like it!!

I myself have lived some of my highest highs and some of my lowest lows with Quinn.  In him I saw the full spectrum of myself.  I would see the fearful, jealous, insecure, unworthy Being that I sometimes was, though most often saw the other Divine part of myself--a Being of Love that I was extremely grateful to experience.  Either way, when I looked at him, I saw me!  I was home!

Eye Gazing makes most people look away.  Very few have the presence to look at someone for more than a few seconds, and generally become antsy, giggle or start talking incessantly, and are obviously uncomfortable with so much intensity of connection without even being touched on the outside!  In fact, most people never really even look at each other except for a glance here and there, including their children and beloveds.  Eye Gazing takes you deep into the soul, where the whole part of you resides and eternity exists.

Want to see yourself?
Look into the eyes of another!
Or look in the mirror in the eyes of yourself!

Look in there long and deep!
There you are!
Do you like what you see and feel joyous?

Or do you want to pull away and continue to hide?

I had no idea that eye gazing even existed until I met Quinn.
This is one continuing potent facet of our relationship.  No matter where our lives take us or how much time we do or don’t spend together, gazing deep into our  souls we easily remember our Eternal Love!

If you're curious about eye gazing, check out this post by a prominent world icon @jerrybanfield following eye gazing sessions between him, @quinneaker, me (@everlove) and @saramiller.  Tears ran down his cheeks in his eye gazing sesh with me--a very moving and profound experience indeed.  Jerry not only was curious and brave enough to "go there" with us, but was also vulnerable enough to share his experience openly on Steemit.  Though his post also talks about other Steemfest experiences, look at the "WOW" portion of his post, as well as the comments that followed for a grander scope of the depths of connection.

For a quick sip, here is one of Quinn's responses to Jerry's post:

quinneaker (72)

I felt that this was quite a profound experience and am very grateful that you chose to feature it. To me that is what is even more profound as it shows that not only did you experience something profound but you are honoring and integrating it.
Your words shared here are medicine that many people need. Intimacy, love, honesty, self expression, vulnerability, consideration, presence, exchange these are as you said very limited in the world and cultures we live in.
We all know how awkward or inappropriate it usually is to "stare" at someone or give them such a gaze. I am used to this also but have found that for the people who are ready such as your self it is so worth it and greatly outweighs the people who judge me or dislike me for it.
We can't place anyone nor will we likely ever be perfect. Yet we CAN be HONEST and express the truth of our soul. Finding soul friends/brothers/sisters/lovers is priceless. Its very hard to find them hiding all the time....
Thanks for sharing this, I hope it intrigues and inspires many!
Grateful we met had shared this time. I hope our connection and exchange continues to flourish improving ours and many others lives!
I will talk to you more soon about the things we discussed that can significantly help further the cause of a sustainable, happy and free world.
SteemOn!
