Valentine’s Day

For most girls, at least in Asia, getting a bouquet of flowers or some chocolates and balloons is a big deal. Some may say, February 14th is overrated and love should be expressed every day and not just on V-day. Yes, and that one makes a lot of sense. But how did V-day even start? I did a little research and Google says:

“Having a particular Valentine's Day is a very old tradition, thought to have originated from a Roman festival. The Romans had a festival called Lupercalia in the middle of February - officially the start of their springtime. It's thought that as part of the celebrations, boys drew names of girls from a box.”

Having said all of that... I hope every single person in the world would express how much they care and love their loved ones every single day and not just on special occasions. It’s difficult and heartbreaking to regret the things that we failed to do.

Let’s spread love! ♥️
