This is a valuable trait for life as we should always be understanding where the other person is coming from or what he/she is facing.Steady Job
It pains me to say this as I'm still looking for a job but a steady job gives her the satisfaction that there will always be food on the table.Self Motivated
A stable job is good but you must have the motivation to achieve newer heights in life.Good Listener
Everybody loves a good listener but that doesn't mean that you will always listen and never talk. It's a delicate balance between listening and replying which is loved by girls.
