Long latasha

long latasha are basically traditional sweet made in festivals in Bengal. Its specialty is that it can be prepared in a very short time. The smell of cloves makes it even more palatable .

necessary ingredients

Cut half a bowl cut
50 grams of flour,
25 gms lost,
half teaspoon, coconut powder,
half teaspoon, poppy seeds,
5-6 whole cloves,
1-2 cardamom,
1 teaspoon, rose water,
200 grams of ghee,
100 grams of sugar

Method

Add a small spoon of ghee to the fine flour and soften with low water.

Fry in a pan and fry until it becomes golden in a low flame.
Then add coconut, cardamom powder, poppy seeds and nutmeg in it. Filler is ready.

Now put one cup of water in the sugar in another pan and place it to make a wire syrup.
When the syrup is ready, add the rose water to it and close the flame.

Now take 5-7 small loaves of flour and roll it out.

Then put a big spoonful of rice in a bowl and close the cloves from the four sides and apply cloves to it. Make cloves in this manner.

Put ghee in a pan and keep it warm to medium flame. When ghee becomes warm, add cloves and fry until it turns golden.

Put these cloves in a syrup for 15 to 20 minutes.
