How to Feel Calm and Relaxed Anywhere You Are.

I remember I would feel anxious when traveling trying to get faster to places I try to get to and unconsciously my muscles would get tense and I unpleasant feeling that I need to be somewhere, especially when there is a traffic. And the truth is many start swearing, honking, getting nervous and sweating, due to stress.
This type of attitude takes away a lot of energy which could be used for better things.
So my approach is in a situation like this is I try to remember that wherever I go, I carry my self, my self is always with me. (no matter where you go you carry yourself) That means I am right where I have to be, therefore I choose to feel my self at home where ever I am. Just picture your self-coming home from a long day. I most cases you would feel calm and relaxed and at ease so why not to feel yourself just like that anywhere you are, after all, we can never escape from ourselves.
The key phrase is I feel my self at home anywhere I am. )
