Little Wretches "Poison" Is A Clinic In Musicianship

The Little Wretches have experienced many changes over the years with members coming and going and genres changing and shifting, but through it all Robert Wagner’s dedication has remained consistent. Wagner, the king of Pittsburgh’s punk underground, has cranked the amps back up on “Undesirables and Anarchists,” the latest installment in the band’s illustrious career. Poison, a standout single from the record, is a driving rock number that harkens back to American songwriting greats like Tom Petty and Lou Reed. The song is a clinic in musicianship and paired with Wagner’s unsurprisingly great lyrics, it’s not hard to see why The Little Wretches have been a mainstay in the steel city for more than 20 years now.
