TenX was an ICO which raised capital to make debit cards pre-loaded with crypto.

They go by a Ethereum token with symbol PAY.

Today TenX has added LTC and now works with LTC Foundation to make Debit Cards.

If this works then we can expect LTC to raise nicely.

Worth noting that CoinsBank is connected to OpenLedger which is built on BTS, the former STEEM code. Unlike other coins Binance is not in top here.
