HOT CHILI PEPPER LIQUORICE LIQUEUR

Some people have asked me to post this recipe and here you are satisfied.

Ingredients:
100g. of Amarelli licorice
500g. of alcohol
500g. of water
450g. of cane sugar
1, 2 hot peppers

Method:
Melt the sugar over low heat with 250 g. of water, dissolve the licorice with the hot pepper in the other half of water, always over low heat and stirring to prevent it from sticking. Allow the two compounds to cool thoroughly, then combine them and add the alcohol. Mix well, filter and let it rest for at least one day in the refrigerator. It is a very thick liqueur and can be used to correct a coffee, garnish an ice cream etc ...
