This was shot back in April 2007, during my first trip to Japan which lead me to move here the same year. I remember taking a long walk all around the lake this morning. The next day I was supposed to hike around Mt Fuji but was too tired and had to give up halfway.
That's where a random car stopped by, and its occupants proposed me a ride to the 5th station. We quickly became friends, we still are today, and they are probably the main reason why I decided to move here.
Camera is an Olympus mju-ii that I still own and use. I don't remember the film stock though, I guess it was some industrial Fuji at 400 ISO.
