acupuncture!!! very good!!

hi friends of steemit !!! I tell you that I recently underwent an acupuncture session, due to some nervous and panic problems that I was facing, which left me with very good results, know a little acupuncture and its benefits and how it can make you better in any bad thing that your body and mind are happening ...! Here I leave some pictures of my process, very simple, very easy and painless.

What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a group of ancient Chinese medical procedures. They involve the stimulation of anatomical locations on or in the skin by a variety of techniques, in most cases, thin metallic needles.

The needles are inserted anatomically in defined locations in the body, which affect the function of the same. Acupuncturists claim that these points correspond to areas on the surface of the body that have a greater electrical conductance.

Western acupuncture incorporates medical traditions from China, Japan, Korea and other countries. The most studied mechanism is the stimulation of acupuncture points, which, as said, employs the penetration of the skin by means of metallic needles, which are manipulated manually or by electrical stimulation.

Benefits of acupuncture
Chronic pain is undoubtedly one of the most common reasons why people seek therapy with acupuncture, but there are several scientifically studied reasons that this technique can alleviate.

  • Stimulates fertility
  • Relieves back pain
  • Relieves stress, anxiety and depression
  • Improves digestion
  • counteracts the side effects of radiation
  • Counteract headaches
  • Improves the general state of health and well-being
  • Soothes body injuries
  • Could end up with obesity

For many people, the simple idea of sticking with needles to improve a disease or to relieve a pain may sound little tempting, and even seem like a kind of torture. However for others acupuncture has been the way to look for an alternative treatment to conventional medicine.

It helped me a lot, I hope you will too!
