Livestock goats are used for their meat and for producing milk. The types of milk-producing goats or dairy goats cultivated in Indonesia include etawa goats, jawarandu kambinng, saenen goats. While the types of goats that are attempted to use are all kinds of goats, including sheep.
Goats are ruminants that have a four-part stomach consisting of the rumen, reticulum, omasum, and abomasum. Like other ruminant mammals, goats are even-fingered animals. Female goats have two-filed breasts, compared to four-shot cows.
