Every once in a while I'll hear Dory from Disney Pixar's Finding Nemo chanting. "just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming." The simplicity of it is sometimes exactly what I need in the moment. Just keep going, just take one step at a time, just keep fighting. Don't give up.

Sometimes we expect too much of ourselves. We try to accomplish too much at one time and then feel defeated when we buckle under the weight. If we take a step back and focus on one thing at a time, believing in ourselves and not giving up, we'll accomplish so much more. And sometimes it's okay if the only thing you accomplish is that you didn't give up. You've got this!

No matter what you're facing right now, just keep going. Don't give up and don't lose hope. Everything is going to be okay and you're doing a great job!
