Feeling much better, today I went to work and, of course, at noon I tried to go to the track to train...
I intended to jog lightly for 5km...
In the end, I only resisted running for 3km...
I was empty, my legs didn't want to work and neither did my heart...
Obviously, these 2 days of diarrhea and vomiting have left me worse than I thought although I am happy because, apart from my terrifying training, all my symptoms have gone away and I feel good...although weak.
