Last summer family and I took a trip with couple of friends to camping grounds in Eldorado, Victoria which used to be gold mining region. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, camp fire and explored versatile nature while our friend was commited to find some gold nuggets.
Our daughter enjoying her very own trampoline under the large tree, she completely loved it.
The camp site is situated in a valley with very little wind, so when the temp hit +38c it's gets hot.. real hot.
We were the only people there at the time, so it was great for our dogs just to run around freely without worrying to much. Large open spaces for camping that you can relax and rewind.
Usually there is a small creek running down the camping side, but this summer it dried up and green shrub replaced it.
Just relaxing after fun on the trampoline.
Beautiful flower next to the trampoline, with a warm breeze under the tree felt like heaven.
With the mercury hitting the 40c it was great to dip in the refreshing river to cool down.
Started gold digging but It's more like gold panning for fine dust, although he did find some it was not enough for pint.
As the day came to an end we got a beautiful sunset while sitting around camp fire with good mates having a cold one while waiting for the sausages to finish sizzling.
Call me simple, but I love camping and this is living.
