To everything that has a beginning, there's an end in view.
Its been 5 long years ascending the hill of excellence from the base.
I gained admission into the University of Uyo to study Petroleum engineering back in 2013.
The kickoff point wasn't easy as I had to struggle a lot to fit in. We were there not knowing our left from right with disturbing news from senior colleagues on how difficult it is to survive.
Lectures began in earnest and we were jumping from one lecture hall to another.
People often came with various materials deceiving us it would be of help, they played on our ignorance. We needed counselling and mentor ship, but who could you run to? Considering you are the only tree in ur desert region.
Assignments kept flooding in, tests were the order of the day and boom!, our first semester examination came up.
This kept on repeating itself over and over again..
Oh how time flies, now we are done
No more going to night class
No more copying of assignments
No more get out of my office from lecturers
No more fear of examination results
No more long hours of lecture.
I'll miss my friends and family I've built here, I'll miss the laughter and fun.

All thanks to God we hit the harbour at last.
