Dear Steemers,
I hope everybody had a joyful holiday season, and for those who could not fully enjoy this period, may you still have the positive energy to push your dreams forward no matter what.
So, I don't normally make any New Year's resolution, but for this year I do have one: to enjoy all the little things happening in my life yet more than I do. This is basically going to be my new beginning.
I haven't been having the easiest time of my life recently, however, it has helped me realize that there is already so much to cherish in the everyday life, and I feel like counting some of them here :-).
(1). I want to take a moment and be thankful for all the freedom I enjoy as it is, from what I have come to understand, one of the most important needs I have as a being. I couldn't possibly make it if my will wouldn't be so free - spoiled me!

(2). There is love given to me everyday of my life from beautiful, joyful, lovely and positive-spirited people; I am truly blessed in that sense, so here's to them!

(3). Friendship, that silver lining comfort between family love and the lack of judgement. I honestly don't know how I would have made it through important phases of my life if it wasn't for the precious support and the long night conversations among friends.

(4). COFFEE! ;-) Let's just go back to the very basics :D. A good espresso or a mocha/cappuccino is an absolute need every morning of my life. I shall praise you more this year, my dear [coffee].
(5). Being so near the seaside. In all seasons, temperatures, weathers or moods, going to the seaside always brings positive energy for me. And I am so lucky to only have to travel 25 minutes or max an hour and voila, I am pouring my thoughts in the horizon in front of me.
