This is a great recap of the pandemic situation in your country, Ghana. It's awful that civilians are being beaten by authority though! Without any reports?!
It's amazing how a mask is not only a safety symbol meant to deter the virus, but also to deter patrol soldiers from reacting with violence... To me, this strikes as something greater than a virus is at stake. If it's meant to be for medical/health reasons, that is an individual's personal choice. With the State getting involved and coercing its people to follow these rules (when the virus seems to be under some control; it's not killing as much as expected), something just doesn't sit right.
I am with you on your final thoughts:
"Join us all as we strategically go back to normal life and grow successful together."
