What's freedom?
There could be a general definition for freedom. Just as we see in dictionary below.
the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved.
On a personal level, freedom can mean alot of things, now i think everyone has ever felt like they lost their freedom somewhere along the way.
A sick man always regretted the freedom he had when he still had the health. Regardless of how much money he had made, the most thing about him was gone.
This brings us to one piece of advice everyone should atleast remember everyday.
Along in the pursuit for money, alot of us forget about our health, we completely value it less because obviously we think money is more important. Yes money is important so is your health.
Without health, money is almost worthless.
Do you eat junk because you are too busy to find or cook nice food?
Do you work in a very terrible environment that is harmful to your health?
Are you caring less about your weight because you sit for 9hours a day in your office.
Do you skip exercise days for for some other activities be it work or a party?
If you neglect your health for whatever your are pursuing, you may be forgetting the whole point of the pursuit itself.
It's pretty much like putting the cart before the horse

After many years of toiling you will look back and realize that as you were busy looking for a million dollars, you lost billions of dollars
Never attempt to sacrifice health for wealth

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, he said:

Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

Maybe we should prioritize things that matter alot.
Every person matters more than the money he makes or owns.
It's that plain.
