Since as today I have a desk which I can adjust electronically in height.
Which I asked for about 1,5 years.
I think it's better for me to have an active working position because of my weight.
So as of today I'm standing for a couple of reasons:
- I'm burning more calories
- I'm more active
- I can walk away in a second
- I'm feeling more productive
- More overview within the office
I do have the option to sit but let's give this a go.
There is one plus side for having a desk going 1,30m up...
You can have a power nap without being seen!
