My business is Socially Creative.
It’s purpose is to foster intercultural discovery and inspiration. Through art and story we are building bridges to bring forth a world where differences are experienced as sources of incredible strength, creativity, and connection.
To be Socially Creative is to be in constant practice of language.
Not language in the sense of “getting it right.,” rather language as the multifaceted and infinite ways we all communicate with each other and with the world at different times and in varying contexts.
To be Socially Creative is to be in love with the process of language learning.
Not because we have to, but because within language learning contains keys to individual and collective freedom (AKA connection)
Finally, for this introduction, Socially Creative is about restoring and remembering…
Restoring our relationship with nature and remembering who we are as individuals and as collectives. It’s recognizing all life. Socially Creative strives to connection people with spirits and with ancestors. Fostering relationship with the unseen is the ultimate act of inclusivity and linguistic play.
