Happy Saturday with one of the most beautiful wild flower: the viola!
Here in Italy we say tha when viola are in bloom is a sign that Spring is coming and now we really need to feel a bit of Spring after toomuch days full of clouds and rain ^_^
The flowers of Viola can be used in different way, especially to eat! For example, for their aroma, the essence of these flowers is used to cook some cakes and cream. Even if I've never used them in my kitchen, sometimes I eat the candied violets and I have to say that they are really good ^_^
