Everyone is living out their lives in some form of struggle. However, all the struggles are transient, if we position ourselves in the right direction,and we will resolve all these difficulties very quickly. The problem with us is that, instead of focusing on the solution we are constantly dwelling on the problem. Instead of thinking what can solve this problem? we focus on the problem itself __which is quite troublesome. This is why we never get out of problems, worries and situations. Life is not that hard as we make it to be.

Right now you might be lonely, sad, stressed, angry, worried or whatever. The idea here is that we have the power to overcome anything if we know how to. The method that I am going to share with you will do just about that. Also, it won't take a lot of time and you'll see astounding results with in a month. All it requires is 5 minutes of your attention for a day, and take my words for it, you will love this method. Even though, if you don't achieve your goals, that you set out using this method, right away, you will be very well on the way of achieving them. Moreover, in those 30 days you would have had a major shift in your life. It can be a major breakthrough, a milestone or a major directional shift of your life.

A little background about this method, we all have reticular activating system (RAS) in our mind. This system is responsible for filtering out all the information before it is given to our conscious mind. The idea here is that we will inscribe our goals on this system so that it will set to look for anything that can be of our help or advantage in achieving those goals.
