There is no greater current example of this quote than spending time on Twitter and Facebook. Everybody has an opinion and they are not only not afraid to share it, but they genuinely believe that people want to hear every word that comes out of their mouths.
Endlessly shouting about how everyone else is wrong and you are right is not a show of wisdom. The more you talk and the louder you talk just goes to show that you are an attention craving fool. If you are using your platform to teach, to help, or to entertain then you are providing something to the world, however, most people on social media say something to be seen and heard.
We should all try to be more of the wise and less of the fool.
