Great post! By simply observing our thoughts we can make great steps into decoding where they come from and what we can learn from past experiences. It is easy to get caught in a loop of thinking the thoughts over and over without actually processing and working through them.
The mind is really quite malleable. While bad habits and circular thinking can be formed, it can also be re-trained to create beneficial patterns of thought and behaviour.
