On Day 4 of this Manifestation challenge asks us to sit down and truly think about what you're THANKFUL for. I'm sure we have hardships and low days, but one thing that is key to staying at a high vibration is really being aware of all that you are already blessed with.
Take a few minutes today and write down at least 20-25 things you are grateful for. It can be as simple as waking up this morning, being able to breathe, having warm clothes, etc. And also, you can get more specific, like having a thoughtful husband, the ability to relax on this lovely Saturday.
I started writing my list last night and really couldn't stop. I think I'm going to make a gratitude list at least once a week! It's a beautiful and simple exercise that makes a difference.
