HAARP

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program

HAARP is a program funded by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), the University of Alaska, the United States Air Force and the United States Navy. Its objective was to study the properties of the ionosphere in order to develop a technology to be used in strategic defence and thus stop missiles.

HAARP also has a powerful high frequency radio transmitter that is used to modify the electromagnetic properties in a specific area of the ionosphere. Having this power over the ionosphere, many people have attributed many "natural" disasters to the project, for example, the earthquake in Haiti in 2012.

Although in their defense they have said that it is normal for people to say that about the HAARP project, since the purpose of this project seems to be an enigma for those who lack scientific knowledge.

They back up their research on the ionosphere, which is excellent. But many confirm that HAARP hides its true purpose.
