Positive energy is the thing that keeps us running towards a healthy life. It's the major thing of life which lets us live a mindful life. Today I am gonna talk about the second technique to stay positive.

Look at things from a different point of view!

You are not right for every single time. Listen to others. You will get a different point of view. Try to look the same even from a different perspective. Maybe you will get a different angle to thought about, you will get what other's thought on this and can eliminate what is bad for you easily.

Try it. It's not that hard. If you feel really bad about an even, give it a second thought. Think about what makes you feel bad, why other people give you negative vibes. what were your mistakes and what other's are thinking about you ie? Break down in points. It will help you to notice and note every single thing easily. In this way, you can also be able to eliminate the negativity from your life. All the negative thoughts and negative minded people.

Don't take your points for granted and start an argument with others on it. You may feel guilty later. Try to look at it in a different way and I hope you will find what you should do or not. Count other's point of views also. Sort out the negativity from everything, from every event and every thought. Just take an example, if you say something to someone which is correct but it may hurt them. So think if you have the need to say it or not. Eliminate your points if you are wrong. Take the choice that you have to control yourself saying such things. That's it.
